Beautiful, sunny day here in Hemet today with a high of 78 degrees, so where was this picture taken?
This is Mountain Station at the Palm Spring Aerial Tramway – elevation 8,516 feet, high temp of 47 degrees.
Here’s how we got there.
The tram begins at 2,643 feet elevation and travels 2 ½ miles in 10 minutes. Each car holds 80 people and the floor rotates to give views from all directions as you travel.
We had an excellent lunch at the Peaks Restaurant with Diane and Tim. Views from the top are spectacular. We could see the Salton Sea 40 miles away.
Cousins Bill and Mary Ann Wersch stopped in for one night and another excuse for Happy Hour on their way home.
Went back to the Wild West Arena Saloon for more line dance lessons with Diane &Tim and Ron & Sandy. Tim took these great pictures.
Dog resting on the front porch.
Jim fell in love with this dog.
Line dancers Sandy and Diane.
A couple of the many signs in the place.

We are playing lots of golf, some water volleyball and enjoying countless Happy Hours.
